This studio apartment is located within walking distance to the Blue Flag Beach of Del Cura. It is configured over 42 m2 and consists of a living room, an American style kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony. The apartment is complete with furniture, modern appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels.
There is a central hot and cold air conditioner unit. Spanish television is also available. The complex benefits from a Finnish sauna and heated salt water pool. There are local amenities all in walking distance including traditional tapas bars, eateries, banks, chemist, shops, supermarket and much more.
The accommodation sleeps 2 people. Animals are prohibited and smoking is only allowed on the private balcony.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
