One bedroom apartment for rent five minutes walk from the sea! The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony with side sea views. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, air conditioning (works on “hot-cold”), bed linen and towels, dishes, TV with Russian and foreign channels (up to 400 different channels!). There is access to the roof, where you can both sunbathe and dry clothes. The sea and the embankment are about 5-6 minutes walk down the street. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: shops, restaurants are within walking distance. There are two chain supermarkets nearby – "Consum" and "Mercadona". The owners request – no pets, smoking only on the balcony!
