We offer a one-bedroom apartment for winter rental within walking distance from the sea and beach. The 58 m2 apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, French-style kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment has everything necessary for living and relaxation: furniture, household appliances, kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Summer furniture is available on the balcony. The living room has an air conditioner. Spanish television and wireless internet are provided. The area has excellent infrastructure: two supermarkets and a Russian shop within 200 meters, several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The sea and Los Locos city beach are just 500 meters away! Accommodation option is up to 3 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. Additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed.
