Description

Light and airy two bedroom apartment in a centrally located area within walking distance to the Blue Flag Beach of Del Cura. It is spread out over 52 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American style kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with new furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), crockery, bedding and towels. The living room and one of the bedrooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Spanish TV is available. It is in walking distance to many traditional tapas bars eateries, supermarkets and much more local amenities. The Blue Flag Beach of Del Cura is only 350 meters away. It sleeps up to six people. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and no pets and allowed.

- WATER, ELECTRICITY, GAS (if available), INTERNET, FINAL CLEANING , DEPOSIT

Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
