Description

We offer a one-bedroom apartment for winter rental in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance from the sea and Los Locos beach. The 55 m2 apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, French-style kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. The living room has an air conditioner. Spanish television and wireless internet are available. Summer furniture is on the balcony. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is only 70 meters away. The sea and Los Locos beach are 450 meters away. Multiple bars and restaurants are within a 200-meter radius. Accommodation is for up to 3 people (living with animals is strictly prohibited!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
Utility payments are paid separately:
- WATER, ELECTRICITY, INTERNET, GAS (if available), FINAL CLEANING, DEPOSIT

Check-in to the property from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside of the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday - closed.
