A two-bedroom apartment is available for rent in the new modern complex "Residencial Alegría XIX" near the sea and beach. The 96 sq.m. apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American kitchen, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay is provided: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. Central air conditioning for heating and cooling. Spanish television and wireless internet. Summer furniture is available on the balcony. The complex has a swimming pool and Finnish sauna (sauna services are not included in the rental price and are paid separately!). (Underground parking is also available for an additional fee of 100 euros per month) The area is well-developed. Mercadona supermarket is located 300 metres away. The nearest restaurant is 200 metres away. The sea and popular city beach Del Cura are 150 metres away. Accommodation: up to 4 people (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony (a fine of 200 euros will be imposed for violations!).

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday - day off.
