We offer for winter rent a studio within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach Los Locos! Studio area is 38 m2, consists of a salon, kitchen of the American type, a bathroom and a balcony. Modern with new renovation, has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, appliances, utensils, linens and towels. Installed air conditioning. Spanish television, wireless Internet. The area is well developed infrastructure. Supermarket “Consum” is 300 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are within 50 meters. The sea and the beach are just 150 meters from the house. Accommodation option is two people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
