We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment in a house with a pool in Orihuela. The apartment is 69 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen with a utility room, a bathroom and a glazed terrace. There is also a private solarium with summer furniture. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the terrace. Air conditioning is installed in the living room, and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is no elevator! The house has a large swimming pool. There is a small park nearby. The “Consum” supermarket is no more than 200 meters away. The sea and the beach are 2-2.5 km away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is strictly prohibited! For violation - a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays.
