The apartment of 139 m2 consists of a spacious living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, 2 toilets (only one with a bath!), a kitchen with a dining area and two terraces. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), bed linen, towels and dishes. Air conditioning is available in the lounge and in two bedrooms. There is underground parking with a parking space. Spanish television, wireless internet. The residential complex has a beautiful green area. The area has well-developed infrastructure. Consum supermarket is located 250 metres away. The nearest bar is located just 150 metres away, and at a short distance there are many restaurants and bars. The sea and the popular Los Locos beach are 250 metres away. Accommodation options: up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is permitted only on the terrace! For violation a fine of 200 euros! A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
