We offer a two-level, three-bedroom penthouse for rent in the Aldea Del Mar residential complex, featuring swimming pools and a green recreation area. The 139 m² apartment consists of a spacious living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets (one with a bathtub!), a kitchen with a dining area, and two terraces. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), bed linen, towels, and dishes. Air conditioning is available in the living room and two bedrooms. Underground parking is available with a parking space. Spanish television and wireless internet are available. The residential complex boasts beautiful green areas. Access to the pool is available for a fee. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is 250 meters away. The nearest bar is just 150 meters away, and numerous restaurants and bars are located a short distance away. The sea and the popular Los Locos beach are 250 meters away. Accommodation options: up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is permitted only on the terrace! Violations will incur a fine of €200. A €200 deposit is required upon check-in.

An additional fee of €20 applies for check-ins or check-outs outside of company/office working hours, including Sundays, weekends, and holidays. It is a very popular central location with in walking distance to the promenade and Del Cura beach located 200 meters away. There are plenty of attractive bars and cafes, shop, hairdresser, disco-pub and restaurants - all within walking distance.
