Torrevieja - Apartment

A modern apartment located in a popular area with a lovely green area and two communal swimming pools in Playa Flamenca. It is spread out over 82 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, salon, kitchen, utility room and terrace with views of the pool, area and urbanization. Upstairs there is a private solarium complete with a BBQ, which overlooks the sea and the pool also. The apartment is equipped with new furniture (beds with orthopaedic mattresses), electrical appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, juicer and toaster), bed linen and towels. The terrace and the solarium have outdoor furniture, beds and folding chairs. There is central air conditioning and a TV with Smart-TV. There is also a parking place on the complex. It sleeps up to 4 people No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Nearby there are many bars and restaurants also in walking distance is a large supermarket LIDL, Super COR and Carrefour. The Zenia Boulevard shopping complex with its array of over 150 shops, bars, eateries, casino and much more is about 20 minutes on foot. The sea is about 500 meters away.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

It is 53 m2 and consists of a spacious, light and airy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. It is equipped with new furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. Spanish Television is also available. WI-FI. Air conditioning in the viling room. It sleeps up to 4 people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is also not permitted. It is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and supermarket. The distance to the sea is about 600 meters.
