A spacious apartment is rented 30 metres from the sea and the seafront promenade! The 90 m2 apartments consist of three bedrooms, living room, American kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace which is a separate patio with furniture. The apartment has three air conditioning units. The sea and the seafront promenade are, so to speak, "behind the fence" - literally just a few steps away! Within walking distance are two popular urban beaches: Los Locos and Del Cura. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (no pets!). The bedroom windows overlook the inner courtyard, which will spare you from city noise. Everything necessary for living and resting is provided: appliances, furniture, bedding and towels, crockery, Spanish television and Internet. The apartment's location will allow you to enjoy both beach relaxation and walks through nearby streets, which have many cosy bars and cafés. Other infrastructure is also nearby: shops, pharmacy, hairdresser. Smoking is only allowed in the patio! The fine for non-compliance is 200 euros!
Check-in at the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside the company/office hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional charge of 20 euros will be applied. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.

For rent a two bedroom apartment in a complex complete with a communal swimming pool and walking distance from the beach. It is spread out over 65 m2 and consists of a salon, two bedrooms, a french-style kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances (including coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, linens and towels. Spanish TV is also available, air conditioning. The price of the seven days rental includes the use of Internet and if the rental is less than seven days then there is a 20 euros sur charge. It is within walking distance to many bars, tapas eateries, supermarket and much more local amenities. The blue flag beach of Del Cura is about 350 meters away. It sleeps up to six people. No pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
