We offer a duplex for tourist rental in a residential complex with a swimming pool. The 50 m2 apartment consists of a lounge with a real fireplace, three bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony and terrace with barbecue. Everything necessary for living and recreation is provided: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), crockery, bed linen and towels. The lounge and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is always parking space for a car near the house. The area has well-developed infrastructure. Mercadona supermarket is 300 metres away. The nearest restaurants are 200 metres away. The popular La Mata beach is one kilometre away. Accommodation option: up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is only permitted on the terrace!
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, on Sundays, weekends and public holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is required at check-in.
