The 32 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning, the balcony has summer furniture and a sunshade. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. In the area of 200 meters there are many cafes and bars. To the network supermarket "Consum" 100 meters, to the round-the-clock pharmacy 150 meters. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are only 350 meters away! Accommodation option - up to two people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

The 44 m² apartment consists of a living room, one bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linens, and towels. The living room is air-conditioned. Spanish TV and wireless internet are available. The area boasts well-developed amenities. The Consum supermarket is just 250 meters away, and a Russian grocery store is 300 meters away. The sea and two city beaches, Los Locos and Del Cura, are approximately 500 meters away. Numerous bars and restaurants are within a 300-meter radius. This apartment accommodates two people (pets are not allowed). Smoking is permitted only on the balcony! The fine for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A €20 fee applies for check-ins or check-outs outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. A €200 deposit is required upon check-in.
