    We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment within walking distance of two city beaches. The apartment is 60 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has excellent infrastructure. The supermarket "Consum" is about 200 meters away, and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sea and two city beaches Los Locos and Del Cura are 500 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! The fine for violation is 200 euros!
    Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.

It benefits from air conditioning in the living room. Spanish television is available. There is a private parking space in the underground garage of the complex. The private balcony is large and is furnished. There are many bars, shop, eateries, supermarkets all with in walking distance in the surrounding area. The "Parque de las Naciones" with fountains and a wonderful playground is about 100 meters away. The "Los Naufragos" beach is approximately 900 meters away. It sleeps up to 3 people. No pets allowed and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The rent of a cot and a high chair can be offered for 20 euros for the entire stay.
      The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00.
