We offer an apartment for tourist rental next to the largest beach in the city! The apartment has an area of 54 m2 and consists of a living room, one bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. There are several bars and restaurants within 200 metres. At a distance of 500 meters there are two supermarkets - “ALDI” and “DIAL PRIX”. The sea and the city's largest beach, Los Naufragos, are just 250 meters away! Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
