We offer a two-bedroom apartment for tourist rental in the Aldea Del Mar urbanisation with a beautiful green leisure area. The apartment has an area of 72 m2 and consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a large terrace. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless internet. On the territory of the complex there is a beautiful green area. The area has well-developed infrastructure. Consum supermarket is located 250 metres away. The nearest bar is located just 150 metres away, and there are many other restaurants nearby. The sea and the popular Los Locos beach are 300 metres away. Accommodation options: up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace!
Check-in registration from 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out registration from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, on Sundays, weekends and public holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is required.
