A modern apartment is available for rent in a beautiful gated urbanisation with green areas and two swimming pools in the Playa Flamenca area. The total area of the apartment is 82 m2, consisting of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lounge, an American-style kitchen, a utility room and a terrace, from which there is a view of the urbanisation grounds and the pool. Upstairs there is a private solarium, from which there is a view of the sea and the pool. There is a barbecue! The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living and relaxation: new furniture (beds with orthopaedic mattresses), household appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, juicer and toaster), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, television with Smart-TV. There is a parking space within the complex itself. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is prohibited! The area has well-developed infrastructure: bars and restaurants are nearby, large supermarkets LIDL, Super COR and Carrefour are within walking distance, La Zenia Boulevard is about 20 minutes' walk away. Nearby there is a children's amusement park, mini-golf and a go-kart track. The sea is approximately 500 metres away, but the beach is a bit further, another 400-500 metres. Neighbours are mainly English-speaking foreigners.
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
