The 66 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish television, wireless Internet. There is a parking space in the underground car park. The residential complex has a beautiful green area. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The "Consum" supermarket is located 450 metres away. The nearest bar is located just 150 metres away. Nearby on the coast there are many other restaurants and bars. The sea and the popular Los Locos beach are 250 metres away! Accommodation option: up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is permitted only on the terrace! For violation a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, Sunday, weekends and public holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
