The 90 m2 apartments consist of three bedrooms, living room, American kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace which is a separate patio with furniture. The apartment has three air conditioning units. The sea and the seafront promenade are, so to speak, "behind the fence" - literally just a few steps away! Within walking distance are two popular urban beaches: Los Locos and Del Cura.
