We offer for rent a two-bedroom apartment in La Mata at a short distance from the sea and beach. The 76 m2 apartment consists of a lounge, two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace with sea views. The apartment has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), crockery, bed linen and towels. The lounge has air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The terrace has outdoor furniture. Underground parking space available. The residence where the apartments are located has a large private area. Only 300 metres from the sea and beach! The nearest Carrefour-Express shop is 100 metres away. There are many bars and restaurants within a 200-metre radius. Accommodation option: up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only permitted on the terrace!
Check-in process is from 15:00 until 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out from 09:00 until 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and public holidays has an additional surcharge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is payable.

It is equipped with new furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels, also beach accessories are available to use. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. There is Spanish TV available. No pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It sleeps up to 4 people. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, supermarket and many more local amenities. The central bus station of Torrevieja is approximately a 10-15 minutes walkaway.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
