We offer for rent a spacious, cozy one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of two beaches! The area of the apartment is 63 m2, it consists of a salon, a bedroom, a French kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning, and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Spanish television. The balcony has outdoor furniture. To the sea, the promenade and two popular city beaches - Los Locos and Del Cura - about 400 and 450 meters. The infrastructure is well developed in the area. In walking distance there is a supermarket "Consum", a bank, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. A three-minute walk is the main street of the city with a bus stop for the city route. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
