We offer for rent a cozy apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The apartment has an area of 53 m2 and consists of a living room, one bedroom, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: several banks, Russian (350 meters) and Spanish (150 meters) supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy are within walking distance. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 350 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 2 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
