Both the bedrooms and the living room and kitchen have air conditioning. The living room has a TV and a 140 centimeter wide sofa bed.
A dining table for 6 people with four chairs and a long bench where two more people can sit. In the bathrooms the floor is radiant so it can be heated or cooled as desired.
On the terrace there is a table for 8 people and two armchairs from where you can rest while watching the sea with the island of Benidorm. It has an electric and manual roof pergola on both sides.
