We offer for tourist rent a one-bedroom apartment in a beautiful residence “La Morra” in the city of Archena near Murcia. The apartment is 86 m2 and consists of a living room, one bedroom, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with views of green area and mountains. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Free parking space on the territory is available. The residence has a large private territory with a swimming pool. There is also an indoor pool and a gym with sports equipment. The nearest restaurants and cafes are located within a radius of 500 meters. The city park is 450 meters away. The Mercadona supermarket is about 350 meters away, and ALDI is about 400 meters away. The nearest international airports are Region de Murcia and San Javier, located 50 and 70 km away respectively. Alicante Airport is 85 km away. The popular spa complex "Balneario de Archena" is approximately 2 km away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace! The fine for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sunday, weekends and public holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged.
