Modern cozy bungalow for rent in the closed "Oasis Beach" complex in La Zenia! Apartment area is 73 m2, consisting of two bedrooms, living room, American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, utility room and terrace. Everything necessary for living and relaxation is provided: comfortable modern furniture (including summer terrace furniture and sunbeds), household appliances (with dishwasher), bed linen and towels, kitchenware, air conditioning in the living room, barbecue. Spanish television. The complex has a large internal area with a children's playground and a pool divided into adult and children's zones. Parking space is available. A huge shopping complex is within walking distance, which has shops of all types, including grocery supermarkets, as well as bars and restaurants for every taste. The sea is approximately one kilometer away. Accommodation option - up to six people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace! Penalty for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays.
