Description
A two-storey villa with a swimming pool and large green area 400 metres from the sea is offered for tourist rental. The villa consists of two lounges, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, three bathrooms, a glazed terrace, a balcony, two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet. No Spanish television! The area has well-developed infrastructure: a Consum supermarket is 200 metres away, the nearest café is 50 metres away. The sea is 400 metres away, but Los Locos beach itself is approximately 650 metres away. Accommodation option - up to 7 people (no animals!). Smoking is permitted only in open areas!
Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 1000 euros is paid upon check-in.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
