We offer for rent a duplex apartment with its own solarium within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The 75 m2 apartment has two floors and consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, bathrooms, a terrace and a solarium. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The terrace has outdoor furniture. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: 600 meters to the ALDI supermarket, 800 meters to the Consum supermarket. The nearest bar is less than 100 meters away. The sea and the urban beach of Los Locos are located at a distance of about 1 km. Accommodation option - up to 8 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or in the solarium!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
